To raise a complaint against any defects you can write to our Customer Support Team with the subject – Replacement followed by your full Name and we will get back to you in 50 working hours. Please make sure you attach the photograph of Chordz and the bill. The complaints should be raised within 6 hours of receiving the parcel or else we won’t be able to help you with the replacement.
